General Description

The LMV710, LMV711 and LMV715 are BiCMOS opera-
tional amplifiers witha CMOS input stage. These devices
have greater than RR input common mode voltage range,
rail-to-rail output and high output current drive. They offera
bandwidthof 5MHz anda slew rateof 5V/µs. the LMV711/LMV715,a separate shutdownpin canbe
usedto disablethe device and reducesthe supply currentto
0.2µA (typical). They also featurea turnon timeof less than
10µs.Itisan ideal solutionfor power sensitive applications,
suchas cellular phone, pager, palm computer, etc.In addi-
tion, once the LMV715isin shutdown the output willbe
“Tri-stated”.
The LMV710is offeredin the space saving SOT23-5 Tiny
package. The LMV711 and LMV715are offeredinthe space
saving SOT23-6 Tiny package.
The LMV710/711/715 are designedto meetthe demandsof
low power, low cost, and small size requiredby cellular
phones and similar battery powered portable electronics.
