General DescriptionThe LM3310isa step-up DC/DC converter integrated with OperationalAmplifier anda gate pulse modulation switch.
The boost (step-up) converteris usedto generatean adjust-
able output voltage and featuresalow RDSON internal switch
for maximum efficiency. The operating frequencyis select-
able between 660kHz and 1.28MHz allowingfor the useof
small external components.An external soft-start pin en-
ablesthe userto tailorthe soft-start timetoa specific appli-
cation and limitthe inrush current. The Op-Ampis capableof
sourcing/sinking 135mAof current (typical). The gate pulse
modulation switch can operate witha VGH voltageof5Vto
30V. The LM3310is availableina low profile 24-lead LLP
package.
