The LM2767 operatesat11 kHz switching frequencyto
avoid audio voice-band interference. Withan operating cur-
rentof only40µA (operating efficiency greater than 90% with
most loads), the LM2767 provides ideal performance for
battery powered systems. The deviceis manufacturedina
SOT23-5 package.
