General Description
The LM102 seriesare high-gain operational amplifiersde-
signed specificallyfor unity-gain voltage follower applica-
tions. Builtona single silicon chip,the devices incorporate
advanced processing techniquesto obtain verylow input
currentand high input impedance. Further,the input transis-
torsare operatedat zero collector-base voltageto virtually
eliminate high temperature leakage currents.Itcan there-
forebe operatedina temperature stabilized component
oventoget extremelylow input currentsandlow offset volt-
age drift.
The LM102, whichis designedto operate with supply volt-
ages between g12V and g15V, also featureslow input
capacitanceas wellas excellent small signaland largesig-
nal frequency responseÐallof which minimize highfre-
quency gain error. Becauseofthelow wiring capacitances
inherentin monolithic construction,thisfast operationcan realized without increasing power consumption.
