General Description
These data selectors/multiplexers containfull on-chipde-
codingto selectthe desired data source. The150 selects
one-of-sixteen data sources;the 151A selects one-of-eight
data sources. The150and 151A havea strobe input which
mustbeatalow logic levelto enable these devices.A high
levelatthe strobe forcestheW output highand theY output
(as applicable) low.
The 151A featurescomplementaryWand Youtputs, where-the150hasan inverted(W) output only.
The 151A incorporates address buffers which have sym-
metrical propagation delay times throughthe complementa- paths. This reducesthe possibilityof transients occurringthe output(s)dueto changes madeatthe select inputs,
even whenthe 151A outputsare enabled (i.e., strobe low).
