General Description
The VHC/VHCT00isan advanced high-speed CMOS 2-In-
put NAND Gate fabricatedwith silicongate CMOS technolo-
gy.It achievesthe high-speed operation similarto equiva-
lent Bipolar SchottkyTTL while maintainingthe CMOSlow
power dissipation. The internal circuitis composedof3
stages, including buffer output, which provide high noiseim-
munityand stable output.An input protection circuit insures
that0Vto7Vcan beappliedtothe inputpins withoutregardthe supply voltage. This devicecanbe usedto interfaceto3V systemsandtwo supply systems suchas battery
backup. This circuit prevents device destructiondueto mis-
matched supplyand input voltages.
