DESCRIPTION

The 74VHC125is an advanced high-speed
CMOS QUAD BUS BUFFERS fabricated with
sub-micron silicon gate and double-layer metal
wiringC2 MOS technology.
This device requiresthe 3-STATE control inputGbeset highto placethe output into the high
impedance state.
Power down protectionis providedonall inputs
and0to7V canbe acceptedon inputs withno
regardtothe supply voltage. This device canbe
usedto interface5Vto3V.
All inputs and outputs are equipped with
protection circuits against static discharge, giving
them 2kV ESD immunity and transient excess
voltage.
