DESCRIPTION

The74AHCU04is high-speed Si-gate
CMOS devices andis pin compatible
with low power Schottky TTL
(LSTTL).Itis specifiedin compliance
with JEDEC standard No. 7A.
The 74AHCU04isa general purpose
hex inverter. Eachof thesix inverters
is a single stage.
