General Description
The DS75361isa monolithic integrated dual TTL-to-MOS
driver interface circuit. The device accepts standard TTL
input signals and provides high-current and high-voltage
output levelsfor driving MOS circuits.Itis usedto drive
address, control, andtiming inputsfor several typesof MOS
RAMs includingthe 1103and MM5270and MM5280.
The DS75361 operates from standardTTL5V suppliesand
the MOS VSS supplyin many applications. The devicehas
been optimizedfor operationwith VCC2 supply voltage from
16Vto 20V; however,itis designedfor use overa much
wider rangeof VCC2.
